My workgroup has a Captivate 5.5 license which was used on 2 laptops a couple of years ago. Those laptops have since been decommissioned due to lease expiration. Now we have a new project that needs Captivate - I'm trying to install and use our old license number but get a message that the limit is reached for this license number. I don't have access to the old laptops to deactivate Captivate from them. Can I get a replacement license number to use on two new laptops?

Unfortunately, you will need to call Adobe support and explain your case. I'm not sure what will happen at that point. But only Adobe will be able to reset things so you may now activate the software again.
