this beginner needs help picking a product

I am a minor wanting to make flash vidios, but I have only seen the price on a very advanced product and it was $699. I don't have anywhere near that amount of $$$. Can someone tell where I can find the price on a beginner product that it cheap? price from $0-$100? thanks.

    You could try older version of the e-bay but don't go too far with versions :)
    as there are substantial differences in features.
    By the way, flash isn't much of video tool, it does the playback only, not
    editing so perhaps you are looking into other product like After Effects instead
    of Flash. With after effects you still can export to Flash Video and don't need
    flash to do anything else with it.

    If you're a student, do a search for stores with academic pricing.

    Flash is where you can make animated vidios and put them on the internet right? if not can you tell me what is?

    Flash does make animated videos for the Internet. I know that a lot of other programs that do it, too, but I'm not familiar with them.
