Whenever I go to a site using the latest version of firefox, that has flashplayer on it I am bombarded with numerous pop-up suggesting that I upgrade by downloading and installing a piece of software. I never comply because the urls are from various sites and none of them have "ADOBE" in them.
Here is a list of some of said sites,
Are these lagget affiliates of ADOBE or rogue sites?
Sincerely,
Simore

Can you post a screenshot of that pop-up? See http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933
Definitely none of the sites you posted are in any way connected with Adobe or Flash Player. My suspicion is that your system is infected with some malware.

Hi soview,
A screenshot would be helpful, as Pat requested, however, I can tell you those are not valid Adobe URLs for downloading Flash Player. Valid URLs will either come from adobe.com or macromedia.com, depending on the file.
If you're getting these pop-ups it's very possible your computer has been infected with malware and/or adware.
