I've sent several emails today to support@typekit.com and have gotten no response.

They do seem to monitor their twitter feed, and were somewhat responsive yesterday after a public mention of lack-luster response there.

Can Typekit support at the very least set up an auto-response so that you at least get the impression that they've recieved your email?

LATEST

It was a UTF-8 Byte-Order Mark (BOM) on our end that was causing it to "Bomb" out on Chrome and IE.
