Starting problem Captivate 7 - trial version - after installing

Error screen .jpgI want to use Captivate 7 as trial. However when I want to start after downloading & installing, Captivate is telling me that "The serial number I provided is valid, but a qualifying product cannot be found on the computer.  it shows me alle captivate 6 products I havet tried a few years ago - but not the Captivate 7 products I want to try. I have tried de-installing and installing again, working with another Adobe account (other mail drdess - but nothing works
