Captivate 7 records wrong screen area

Hi I have just installed Captivate 7 (64-bit version) onto my Windows 8.1 machine. I am attempting to use the software simulation capture to capture a demo using Internet Explorer. I have set the capture size to custom and set the red box to line up over the browser's page area, but after I complete the recording, the project in Captivate shows the screen offset to the left and above (at least 100 pixels in each direction) away from the capture area specified. I have tried using the application window area option as well, and this gives the same results.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this some kind of bug?

Hi, there's a similar discussion going on in another thread. Didn't know if you've seen it, but it may be the same or similar issue.
