AIR for iOS 4.0 & BETA 13.0 Application Loader issue

Is anyone else getting this issue when packaging in AIR for iOS 4.0 & BETA 13.0 and then uploading the .ipa in Application Loader?

The certificate process is excruciating for iOS, but it's not broken.  We just submitted an app yesterday with the AIR SDK 4.0.

Given the error message you've attached, I'd say be sure you don't mix up dev and distribution certificates or provisioning profiles (or their respective .p12 files in the process of making them).
