Wee using Business Catalyst and Offline Payments. In the last 24 hours Business Catalyst has stopped sending the email with the password protected pdf file with client credit card payment details. So we are getting orders we cannot process payments for.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

We just experienced the same issue on Feb 2. Up till then the only issues that we have encountered is the emails occasionally showing up in the spam folder. Support was not able to offer any solutions.

Yep.
The status page http://status.businesscatalyst.com/ says there is a problem again.
I think BC should give us fincancial recompense for their incompetence.
Otherwise, I am thinking I should not be using this platform????
What do you think???
