Currently running LR 3 on a laptop and desktop. Getting a new desktop. How do I move the application to m new machine? Do I need to uninstall from my desktop first?
I know I need to do something with the catalog btu I do't want to lose my pictures which are stored on an external hd.
I also have CC installed on my laptop. How do I migrate to the CC on my new desktop?
Winner1234 you will want to remove Photoshop Lightroom 3 from one of your existing computer and install on the new computer.
For information on how to install the Adobe applications included with your Creative Cloud membership please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html. Please also be aware that Photoshop Lightroom 5 is included with a full Creative Cloud membership. So you may want to consider installing Photoshop Lightroom 5 as opposed to 3 on the new computer.
