Some users stuck on Loading Screen

When testing a SCORM 2004 course, created in Captivate 7.01, we run into a situation where anyone retaking the course gets stuck on the loading screen when they launch the course.

We're running in Learning Maestro, using Internet Explorer 10.

I saw posts about a similar issue in Captivate 5 but supposedly that was fixed as of 5.5, so I'm not sure this is the same problem.

Has anyone run into this problem?  If so, did you find a resolution?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks!

If you are not required to use SCORM 2004, I'd try SCORM 1.2.

I've read Maestro has problems in 2004 especially multi-SCO.

There are too many things that could cause issues with loading and Captivate does a lot of it internally so it would be hard to judge what is actually happening. It could be your SCORM settings that causes the inconsistency or a number of other things.

Sometimes republishing helps as the swf may not have been compiled correctly.
