Cannot install Flash Player 13

Help please

I run Windows Vista and have previously not had any issues with Flash Player until 13 - and it wil not install.

I keep getting a message saying Active XControl for Flash Player could not be registered.

I uninstalled Flash Player and tried to reinstall but the same thing happens.

.I have enabled active x and changed security settings to enable the download without success,

Seeing a lot of this with Vista.

Try downloading the offline installer. Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Save it to your downloads folder and close your browser.

Right click the installer and chose "Run as Administrator"
