Does your computer have a 64 bit processor?  Premiere Pro requires a 64 bit processor.

Hi, no error message comes up. I just takes me to a new browser.

Its a brand new computer and should have all the requirements.

Can you let me know if Im missing anything?

8gm of memory, 1600 MHZ DDR3

2.6 GHZ intel core i5

Osx 10.9.2
