I have everything for mozilla firefox. But I still need adobe 13 plugin for internet explorer

I have been helped very well by your staff since my initial delete of my adobe products. Now I have everything including the activex, adobe flash player 13 and adobe acrobat reader. I installed Mozilla firefox and then was able to get the adobe flash player 13 plugin for Firefox.

But now the internet explorer still will not load the flash player 13 plugin.

When using mozilla firefox I am able to play all videos on youtube. But when I use internet explorer 9 there is no volume icon within the video box. And thus, no volume on youtube videos. Weird right? Maybe not for you. Thanks for your help.

I tried to get the adobe.com 13 plugin, but it won't load. Please help me out yet again.
