Inserting animated gif

Using Captivate 7, I'm trying to insert an animated gif with a transparent background that I created in Photoshop CC. It is a small 4k file. When I preview it in Photoshop and in the browser it works fine. However, when trying to insert it into Captivate, I get the following message:

"nameoffile.gif : The file is not an animated GIF file."

What do I need to do to make the animated GIF compatible with Captivate so that I can insert it?

Hi Jay,

Be sure to set the frame duration in Photoshop to something higher than 0secs which is the default duration.
