We have published a course that has video files. When attempting to publish the course files to our LMS, we're getting an error message that says the metadata file is missing. Upon checking the course's output files, we've discovered that there is no metadata file, although our other Captivate courses do have this particular file.
Can you provide any guidance about what we can do to get the metadata file to generate?
