Unable to watch videos with Flash Player...

I am trying to watch a few TV shows on CBS.com.  When I hit play it tells me that I need to install Flash player... So, I installed the latestet version of Flash Player.  Went back to the website and it is still telling me the Flash  Player is required to watch the show.  So I re-installed it thinking I didn't follow the directions correctly.  Still getting the same messages.  I have a MAC (10.9.2).

WHAT DO I DO TO GET IT TO WORK??

Follow those steps but use the Flash Player 13 Plug-in (Mac OS X)
