Hello,
I just bought the PS CS6 update and tried to install it.
I run PS CS5 on my PC and when I try to install CS6 the Installer is telling me that I´m not allowed to install the Update.
It is a correct number, but there were no licenced product on my PC.
(Both serial numbers are connected with my Adobe account)
Can you please help me?
Thank you very much!
Bob

Can you provide the actual messages you are getting? I have not heard of any message that indicates you are not allowed to install an upgrade.
You say at first that you have CS5 on your PC, but later say that there were no licensed product on your PC. What does that mean?

Hello Ned,
Thank you for your reply.
1. CS5 is installed and licensed.
2. When I try to install CS6 and enter the serial I get the message (roughly translated from German) "The serial you have entered is valid, but there is no programme on your computer which gives you the autority to install CS6 using that serial."
3. On the next page I can chooses between many ps versions (to prove that I own a licenced product) and when I take cs5 and enter my serial (my registered cs5 serial) I get the message "This serial is not connected with an compatible prduct. Please enter another serial".
Best regards,
Bob
