how to download photoshop

Hi, I have previously downloaded the free trial of photoshop, but was forced to uninstall it, but have now paid for the full program, but cloud already thinks i have it.

how can i download it?

You could try to download the direct installer and install Photoshop CC using that instead of the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Read the download instructions and follow them to the tee. http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
