Unable to launch PS CC Mac OSX 10.9

I have installed PS CC on 2 Max's with the same result on both

The splash screen shows, the app opens for a couple of seconds then closes

There is no error reported and I can not find an issue in a log.

I have followed a multitude of information on discussion boards but to no avail

Where should I start looking?

I have Light Room 5 and PS CS6 installed and have no issue with them

Thanks for the help

Regards

Ross

Please navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache and rename it. Launch CC app's, sign in and let us know if still the same issue.

That sounds like your subscription information is invalid, and it's closing as if you had stopped the subscription.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply, I have been over the subscription information it all looks ok.

I took out the "Photoshop Photography Program" The information and my profile appears valid and the invoice is showing the payment went thru ok.

When the chat comes back on line I will get in contact and see if it all ok from Adobe's end.

Any other ideas where I could look?

Hi Ross Hage,

Do you have any other application apart from CC installed on your machine? Which OS are you using?
