I cannot run my disc because it says i have a problem with my flash player even though it is integrated in windows 8.

Download the Windows Flash Player 13 Projector (EXE, 9.95MB)

That's a "stand alone" application - NOT an installer. Copy it to your Program Files (x86) folder and then try running the disc.
