downloading problems

Tell me what I need to do to download PScc, I select the app, log in with the cloud and I get a message that I have been losged out again, the same message over and over.  What is answer.

Hi jcox416,

Win: Navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it.

Mac: Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.

Launch CC desktop, sign in and try to install Photoshop.
