I changed my Adobe ID with my new E-Mail Address, however in the adobe editor the old E-Mail Address stays.

I deinstalled the old version of adobe editor, and downloaded the version 3.0 of adobe editor, however, the  problem stays the same.

I need a step by step handling  manual, how it should solve this problem.

To change your Adobe ID in Adobe Digital Editions:

Open Adobe Digital Editions > Select the Library view > Hold down Ctrl+Shift+D and Deauthorize your computer.  When finished, Adobe Digital Editions will close.

Reopen Adobe Digital Editions and run through the setup assistant and enter the correct Adobe ID and password.

If you have updated and entered the correct Adobe ID, the titles associated with this Adobe ID will now be viewable.
