I discover the solution with Adobe Support Rupjyoti H: is just use Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (I used the version 8.0) to remove all programs and processes Adobe and reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. It removes Flash Player and Adobe ACrobat but...works.
