Every time I try to publish my Muse site I get an error saying that the connection has timed out.  Why is it doing this?  I really need to publish the site!  Please advise.

Yes, but in fact the message is this:

Three days now.  It gets stuck on the same image every time.  It's a big file, and I know this has happened to other people but I don't know how else to upload.  I've heard some people say using the admin console or FTP, but I don't know how to do that.

Hi,

Could you please confirm if you have changed the Adobe ID recently or not.

As a workaround, you can use FTP to upload your files to BC, as shown in this settings

I recently changed my password.  Okay, so I have downloaded Cyberduck followed the instructions on the link you sent and succesfully uploaded the files (to cyberduck).  Then I went to Muse and clicked publish.  And I got hung up on the same file.  Am I missing a step?  Is there something I have to do beyond uploading to Cyberduck to make Muse recognize that the file is already uploaded?
