Help!! Can't publish my presentation!

I am attempting to record video lectures using Presenter 9 in ppt.  My first recorded lecture is 33 minutes.  When I have tried to publish the file to YouTube, the progress bar never moves past the 5% position.  I have also tried to publish to my computer and I have the same problem.  What am I doing incorrectly?  I waited for about 15 minutes the last time, and still no change.

Hi Sarah,

It seems that your Graphics and Video Drivers are not updated. Please uninstall Presenter and then update your drivers from the providers website and the reinstall Presenter again.
