How do you get past the sign in page?

So, I installed Element 12 and got the launch now page. It said i had no internet connection and a few other notes. I coud not get into or past the first page where it said my trial had expired. Except I never did the trial I only purchased.  I am very frtustrated and need some answers. I cannot find a single phone number to call.
