Have tried several times to download Edge Animate, but the download manager keep closing ("unexpectedly"). I click reopen, and it only checks for updates, but does not download the new app.
issue was resolved through tech help.
my old download thing was supposed to automatically update to the cc downloader, but did not.
There was nothing on the product page to indicate this, so I did not know where to find what I needed.
I found it, downloaded the CC downloader and then my app.

Njh51 is the download manager you are referring to the Creative Cloud Desktop application? If so do you receive any specific error messages? Also which operating system are you using?
