Dreamweaver will not install

I am trying to install the "trial" version of Dreamweaver CS3 on Windows. After the install goes through the process, it tells me that some of the components did not install(I don't remeber which ones), and so I tried to re-install the program, but no such luck. Dreamwever never installs in ProgramFiles/Adobe. There are no files or folders for dreamweaver, except the folder on the desktop which was downloaded from the adobe site.

I am a Mac user, and I have install Dreamweaver 8 on the Mac, and the install was so easy. Has something happened to the install process, or did I just get unlucky?

I am hoping somebody can help me with this, as I want to check out the new dreamweaver. I am going to use this at school, which is why I will have to use windows.

    A stretch, but is it possible your download is corrupted or incomplete? What you're describing sounds a little whacky to say the least. Remove everything DWCS3 related, and re download a fresh .exe and see if you have the same issues.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried this 5 times now:(

    I don't understand what the issue could be. I am going to try one more time, and if it will not install, then I think that I will just have to bring my mac laptop to school so I can use dreamweaver. I think that adobe would want people to be able to install there software, otherwise why could they sell it? The last one even asked me to install the disk, but since I am downloading off the Net there is no disk, yikes!

    This is bizarre!

    I bought Web Premium online but DW will not install. I have re-downloaded 2 times, I don't know what else to do. I can't find a way to get support.
