Hi everyone, I downloaded the "Update" and I'm getting the same problem with "Freezing during installation"! My first mistake downloading the update! It all went down hill from there!
It reads --"Adobe Shockwave Player Now Installing" -- I closed the web page after 1/2 hr of waiting to complete, re-opened the website that runs the program (Slingo.com) and then it reads -- "Installing compatability Components" just above the status bar.
I have tried uninstalling & re-downloading, installing the player with no change. It still freezes up.
I'm running Windows XP on my Laptop and WIndows Vista Home Premium & IE for browser and I get the same problem on both computers.
Any Help?| -

The KEY is to use the registry cleaner and "Restart" after each phase that allows you to restart.
