    Hi anjsi,

Dreamweaver offers a simple way to insert Flash content (SWF files) into a HTML document and to upload content onto the web. I would suggest that you download Dreamweaver as a FREE trial to test it and see if it provided you with what you need. Download the free trial from here:

    http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/?ogn=EN_US-gntray_prod_dream weaver_home

After you download Dreamweaver and set up your website information, simply start a new HTML document, select ‘Insert’ > ‘media’ > ‘Flash’ and select the SWF that you want to insert.

    Hi anjsi,

Yes you need to upload the SWF with the HTML and I’m not sure if www.weebly.com will allow you to do this or not… but if you want to try Dreamweaver for free you can certainly see this work.
