can't cut and paste in DW 8 again

The cut and paste features have disappeared again in DW 8 (Win). In the
past, if I deleted the WinFileCache-*.dat file in the Configuration folder,
the problem would go away. Not this time however. I delete the file and
still no cut and paste. Any other possible solutions ?

    Try deleting this folder:

    Configuration\Menus\Cache
