Can I download the Create Cloud CS6 apps to a thumbdrive, in addition to my laptop?

Yes, download is unlimited but installation is only on 2 machine.

you cannot download any CS6 product using Adobe Application Manager to a thumbdrive.

If you really need to download and keep adobe installers in a pen drive, www.adobe.com/downloads/ route is still open.
