ow do i stop the video from going pixelated

I'm trying to watch 'who do you think you are' on 'SBS On Demand', on my laptop, using 32bit Vista, adobe flash version 11.2.202.235. Whenever there is movement on the screen it gets these huge pixelations so it looks really blurry and is unwatchable. How do I stop it? Also using mozilla firefox browser. haven't had this trouble with iview.
