Your best source is Adobe - you should ask them. There should be an agreement you need to sign up to that details what your limitations are for using it. As far as my own understanding goes... an educatuional version of any software is for educational purposes only and cannot be used for commercial purposes, and its use should not extend beyond the status of being involved in education.
I read over the product license agreement for flash, I couldn't find anything about the student version. I have done a bit of research, and according to this site I can use the student and teacher editions commercially. However I'm unsure of whether this applies to the UK. I realise you won't have the answers, but could you possibly point me in the right direction? For instance, is there anywhere on the site that would allow me to talk with an actual adobe representative?
