I am having issues with the program freezing before I even get any wrok done. It shows an error message of "program is running on low memory". We have tried EVERYthing under the sun. There are NO files in the organizer so no space taken there. I have no other projects in the saved files as I completely uninstalled and reinstalled even without firewall. The jpg files are smaller than the maximum supported size. We have even maximized the running memory on my computer itself. I have done 2 slideshows just recently without this message. What do I do now???

    OS version?

     

    In the Editor, use Edit...Preferences...Performance -- what drive is being used as a scratch disk?

     

    How much free space is available on your hard drive(s)?

    For HP.

    I do not have a "Perfomance" under "preferences".

    I have over 400GB free on a 515GB drive.

    IDK what drive it is being scratched to. Not sure how to find that out.

    Just found it. Everything is routed to my C drive.

    And what OS are you using?

     

    And what are the exact steps you're performing when you get the error message?

     

    How much RAM is installed?

     

    Do you have any other programs running at the same time?
