How to share a folio on Folio Builder Panel and not on Adobe Viewer?

May 8, 2012 3:22 PM

Does anyone know how to share a folio with somebody else so that they can see it and use it on their Folio Builder Panel?

Select the folio in the folio builder panel. Open the panel menu and choose share.

The recipient must have an Adobe ID.

You can use the same Adobe ID to login (no need to share).

But then, how will the other user gain access to the InDesign files?

You can share to a different Adobe ID.

But when you share a folio with someone they can add new articles to it, but can only preview the existing shared articles.

But the shared user will not be able to relink them to the existing articles because those raticles are not available to him for editing.

Correct, but the question was about sharing the folio, not the InDesign files.

Dropbox rocks for sharing the ID files.
