Is creative cloud single user or single computer licensed?

I have mac and PC and would like to use it on both computers, does licensing allows it as long as it is single user but multiple computers? (software is active at one computer at a time).

    When you buy a membership you are allowed to install your creative cloud products on up to 2 computers. The theory behind this is that most people have a laptop while being out and about and a more powerful desktop at home or the office for bigger products. Your Adobe ID & Attached CS6 programs will install on any variation of 2 computers, but both can not be run simultaneously.
