Hi,
When we add a new folder in the Project Manager pod, it is also being created in the CSS folders and these folders appear to be linked as I can't remove one without the other one being deleted at the same time.
Our previous projects didn't have this issue and they now do. We had a power cut and the machine was unceremoniously shutdown and since then this issue has been seen. Is there a setting or something that I need to change back?
Thanks,
EQUser
Hi there
The pod will reflect any folders that are actual folders in your project. In Classic view (which I'm assuming you are using) the "folders" are more like filters. For example, you don't see a true "Images" folder in your operating system where the project lives. But RoboHelp presents an Images folder because it simply lists all images the project knows about in this area. If you add new folders, they will appear in nearly all locations because there could be Images, or CSS files, or nearly any other file type there.

Sounds like you have toggled the view in Project Manager. One view is like Windows Explorer where you see what is in each folder, the other view shows all the folders repeated and only showing topics under one heading, images under another and so on.
