Fast web view & Tagged PDF

Hi eveyone,

 

when we right click on PDF and go to Document Property and then

I found that in Description tab at botton side is

their are two Line

 

1st  is Tagged PDF : Yes

2nd is  Fast Web View : Yes

 

how to set then Yes or Enable them?

    Fast Web View is the user term for what the PDF Standard calls “linearization”.

     

    Tagged PDF means that the file has been created using the rules for Structured & Tagged PDF – again, details in the standard.

    In short Linearization is used for allow to user see the 1st page while remaining file downloading on web.?

     

    Am I right?

     

    And one more thing..what are bydefault DPI of PDF....IS 110 get bydefault set?

    and how to set or change them?

    so I can Put such Pixel count in MediaBox to set my Page property as A3 or A4.
