How do I keep slide from playing until video has uploaded?

Captivate loads and starts playing but the video with the slide is still loading.  the result is the demo goes forward without the video.  How can I keep the project from starting until the video has uploaded?

Increase your preloader percentage until you find that the video has loaded in time.
