Internet connection issue

Hiya all.

I'm in Mac Osx Lion CS6 Cloud Version. In many programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom some online services (help, kuler, e.g.) are not working. Says: NO INTERNET CONNECTION!?!?! My connection is working fine and The updater works fine also. Alaready checked the Hosts file and i'm not behind a firewall.

have you edited the Hosts file and deleted the line "127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com" , and then checked

My HOSTS file is clean as a KID as mentioned in my first post.

Resetting safari would help us to check the Adobe ID functionality. As you said you have edited the HOST file. Do you have an Antivirus S/W installed?

I guess Adobe ID works fine. I did a safari reset indeed, nothing ... as expected. No my HOST FILE is ORIGINAL. I've Norton Antivirus running.

Check for the certificates if not please turn off the Norton and try again. If its good for you we can have a connect session and look on the issue?

I did it this mornig, I followed all the link you mention but nothing. To me the certificate is ok.

Ok. What is the time zone selected on your system preferences? Also, is the installation successful or are you getting this error during installation?

t.m.: Rome Italy. What error? The installation took an entire day with some error during the install process. Now all the apps are all installed..

Can you try changing the Timezone to any US timezone and try opening it? The error I was refererring to is the "No Internet Connection" .

Nothing change changing timezone. Yes the error says (Photoshop italian: "Impossibile caricare l'aiuto online di Photoshop perché la connessione Internet è assente." Translation (more or less): Unable to load online help 'cause there is no internet connection).

When are you getting this "No Internet Connection" Page? When you try to open Help Pages? Or is it during installation? Or Launching the software after installing?

If you are able to open kuler.adobe.com from your browser, I'd suggest you to send in your amt3 log file to the Kuler Team as mentioned in the below discussion thread:

Yes i can acces kuler.adobe.com from browser and i can ping to kuler.adobe.com!

Please try uninstalling Adobe AIR and reinstall the latest version of the Adobe AIR from http://get.adobe.com/air/?promoid=BUIGQ and see if the Adobe Help works.

Last night I did e complete reinstall of all the applications after running Adobe Creative suite cleaner tool but again NOTHING, the issue is still there!

HELLO!?
I'm so fuc**** disappointed, just another Adobe Failure i see. I DON'T WANT TO DO A COMPLETE MAC OSX installation! My MAC PRO is full of **** CS4 CS5 CS5.5 thanks to disastrous uninstaller. What to do next?!
