Illustrator Trial

After multiple download attempts it keeps saying the disk image failed to mount. I'm starting to get aggravated with it, and was wondering if anyone could help?

    Is the download complete in the Adobe Download Assistant or is it still extracting?  Where are you choosing to download the install files too?
