Problems upgrading from Design Pro subscription

I started my Design Pro subscription in January and was just upgraded(?) to the Creative Cloud. I have two questions.

1. Do I need to uninstall my 5.5 versions before downloading the Creative Cloud verstions?

2. I downloaded the Adobe Application Manager, but it only shows some of the desktop apps available. Adobe Premiere and After Effects are both missing, as well as a few others. Does the subscription upgrade have limited access to the cloud applications or is this a bug in the App Manager?

Which operating system are you using? Is it a 32-bit version?

Yes it is...Vista 32 bit. Let me guess...Premiere doesn't work on 32 bit systems.

That is correct. It requires a 64-bit version of the OS. You can find additional details at http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/tech-specs.html.
