somebody knows options to show footnotes?

hello

 

In thinking to make a publication with a lot of footnotes

 

the only way I know to work with footnotes is to put a button with multi state above the footnote and make a popup with the note, but is so complex to do this with a lot of footnotes

 

do you know other option?

 

do you know some example of dps working with footnote links?

    You can use a library item or snippet for the footnote popup and an anchored obejct button to trigger it.

     

    To automate the process, you can script it.

    I'm begginer in this platform, and I need more practice…

     

    but I think if you make a pop up from a text you must make a transparent button above the text, and it isn't possible to anchored the popup from the text… becuse as I know hyperlink features for text don't work with multistate object… Could anyone clarify this information?

    This effect can easily be achieved using multi state objects.

     

    You can also automate the creation of such an effect by scripting the conversion from footnote to interactive footnote.
