CS5 subscription update to CS6

I know that this is not really a question for this forum but I haven't had a response elsewhere.

 

I purchased a subscription to CS5.5 about 6 months ago. Should it be automatically upgraded to CS6? I thought that was the point of a subscription, you always have the latest version.

    Same for me. I'm wondering doesn't my subscription to CS5.5 Master Collection mean I can download CS6 now?

    Ardin I eventually rang Adobe UK and was told that I will get an email on 25 May advising me how to upgrade. It may be different in other locations.

    Thanks for the info Graham. I should be expecting something similar here in Canada I guess. Enjoy the new upgrades!

    Just to reinforce what Graham said, I too spoke to an Adobe employee and the 25th is the date he gave me! I'm in the UK so maybe it's different everywhere else, a little bit of a longer wait than I'd anticipated!!
