Strange CS6 behavior...

For some reason, using the align button, or trying to snap to point doesn't work. See the video. Any ideas. The vertical shape is an outlined 90degree stroke.

Uncheck Align to Pixel Grid on the Transform Panel.

For anyone else having this problem, If you go to the palette options for Transform, you will see "Align New Objects to Pixel Grid", this, as I learned, was not what Scott was talking about. You have to go to the transform palette options, then select "Show Options, then the "Align to Pixel Grid" option shows up. Thanks Scott!!!!
