Adobe Flash Play TutorVista intermittent audio

The TutorVista interface uses Adobe Flash Player to communicate with students during tutoring sessions. We can hear the tutor fine however what they hear is intermitent and broken.I have reproduced this problem on multiple computors and mutliple browsers and 2 different headsets (plantronic and logitech) - both headsets clearly communicate sound with the program when I am test them - audio signal bar moves. I am using version 11.2.202.235. I also have 1 mbps up and 6 down - so there should be plenty of band with. When I use skype there isn't a problem - clear sound both directions.

Could you give our Flash Player 11.3 beta 3 build a try? I suspect this might be fixed with this release.
