Close button on Window of type CSXSWindowType.MODAL_DIALOG

I'm trying to create a modal dialogue in a photoshop extension, and I can't seem to get a close button in the title bar.  The modal works (i'm using the approach http://forums.adobe.com/message/4349235#4349235 with a button within the window that triggers a close, but it's be nice to have the close button show up on the window chrome.
