tooltip or spry tool tip with a form that you can submit

Has anyone ever tried to create a cfform in  a spry tool tip. or other similar control?

 

I have an update form populated with data that I would like a user to display when clicking on an EDIT link and be able to edit  and then submit the form.

 

The update form works. i just want it display in a tool tip or small window.

 

 

any ideas out there -- thank you
