Creating a schedule out of an AV or multicolumn script

Hello everyone,

right now I am working on a very complex corporate video and would like to use the AV-script for this job. I spend a couple of hours getting to know the features of story and are very satisfied for the most part.

When it comes to creating schedules for my av documents I'm a little confused though. It seems Story does not recognize AV-scripts in the scheduling process? Since there's a narrator in this project and there's a lot of visual information needed upfront, using a normal film script would definitely be a step in the wrong direction.

Am I missing something or does Story really only support scheduling for film scripts?

Yes. Story only supports scheduling for film and tv scripts. There maybe a workaround if you re using an AV script

Can you try to export it as an astx file and then importing it as a film script into Story. I'm not sure it will work but is worth a try.
